300+ edge locations

These are this page's own numbers, not an average across past work — put it through PageSpeed Insights yourself and check. On a throttled mobile connection it scores 97. Every site I ship gets measured the same way before it goes live.

  • Fixed price, quoted up front
  • Live in 2–3 weeks
  • You own the code, domain and accounts
  • No monthly lock-in
02What I do

Four things that decide whether people find you and call you.

Most local businesses lose customers at one of these four points. You can buy them separately or as one job — the call sorts out which you actually need.

02aLanding pages

One page with one job: get the call.

For a single service, campaign or promotion. Everything above the fold works toward one action, and there is nothing on the page competing with it.

  • Built mobile-first — most local searches are on a phone
  • Click-to-call and a form that reaches you in seconds
  • Copy structured around your offer, not a template
  • Live in about a week
02bFast websites

Every page under a second.

Speed is not a vanity metric. A slow site loses people before they ever see what you do, and search engines rank it lower for the same reason.

  • Static build served from a global CDN
  • No page builder, no plugin bloat, no monthly software bill
  • Images compressed and sized for real devices
  • Core Web Vitals in the green on mobile, not just desktop
02cLocal SEO

Rank for what people actually type.

Not vague national keywords — the specific phrases someone in your area uses when they are ready to spend money, and the technical groundwork that lets you compete for them.

  • Keyword and competitor research for your service area
  • Titles, descriptions and headings written per page
  • Schema markup so search engines read your business correctly
  • Sitemap, Search Console and analytics set up and verified
02dGoogle reviews

The first thing people see about you.

Your Google Business Profile is often the whole decision — it shows up before your website does. Most businesses leave it half-filled and let reviews arrive by accident.

  • Business Profile claimed, corrected and fully filled out
  • Categories, services, hours and photos done properly
  • A system for asking — QR codes plus text and email templates
  • Monitoring, and a plan for how to answer the bad ones
Who you're working with
Harman Hayer
Founder · Developer

You get me. Not an account manager.

I take the call, I write the code, and I'm the one who answers when something breaks. There's no team to route you through and no junior quietly doing the work.

I keep a small number of projects open at a time, so yours isn't sitting in a queue behind ten others. You'll have a live preview link from the first day and you can watch it come together.

Everything I build is a real website — plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript served from a CDN. No page builder, no subscription you have to keep paying to keep your own site online. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, or hand it to another developer, you can. It's yours.

03How it works

No mystery, no three-week silence.

You know the price and the launch date before any code is written, and you can watch the site come together from day one.

  1. 0120 minutes

    Intro call

You tell me what the business does and who you want calling you. I tell you honestly whether a new site is even the right spend. No pitch deck.

  2. 022 days

    Plan and fixed quote

You get a written scope, a single price and a launch date. The price does not move unless you ask for something that wasn't in the scope.

  3. 031–3 weeks

    Build

You get a live preview link on day one and comment on it as it goes. No three-week silence ending in a surprise.

  4. 041 day

    Launch and handover

I ship it, connect analytics and Search Console, and hand you every account in your own name — domain, hosting, the lot.

05Straight answers

The things people ask before they hire me.

01

How long until my site is live?

A landing page is usually about a week. A full business site is two to three weeks. The clock starts once I have your content — text, photos, logo — which is almost always the part that decides the timeline.

02

Do I actually own the website?

Yes, completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you get the source code. Nothing is locked to me. If you want to move to another developer in a year, you hand them a folder and they can pick it up.

03

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?

Often, yes — and I'll tell you when that's the cheaper answer. If it's built on something reasonable and just slow or badly structured, fixing it costs a fraction of a rebuild. If it's on a platform that can't be made fast, I'll say that too.

04

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

For some businesses that genuinely is the right call, and I'll say so on the call. The trade-offs are that you pay every month forever to keep the site online, page speed is capped by their platform, and your SEO ceiling is lower because you don't control the output. If your customers find you through search, that ceiling matters.

05

What do you need from me?

An hour of your time up front, whatever photos and text you already have, and access to your domain if you own one. If you don't have copy, I'll draft it and you edit — that's usually faster than starting from a blank page.

06

What does hosting cost?

For most sites I build, hosting is free or a few dollars a month — a static site on a CDN costs almost nothing to run. You pay for the domain, roughly $20 a year. I'll set it up in your name and show you exactly what you're paying for.

07

What happens if I need changes after launch?

Small fixes in the first 30 days are included. After that, either book me for the change or go on the Growth plan if you expect a steady stream of them. Either way you get a number before I start.

06Start here

Tell me what you're trying to fix.

The fastest path is a short call — pick a time and I'll come prepared. If you'd rather write it out first, the form goes straight to my inbox and I answer every one, usually within a business day.

Fastest option

Book a 20-minute call.

Send the form and I'll come back with times that work. I'll look at your current site and your competitors beforehand, so we spend the call on your business rather than on introductions.

  • No pitch deck and no pressure
  • A straight answer on whether this is worth your money
  • A ballpark number before we hang up
